Café Rosa & Bistró started with a simple idea: bake bread the way it should be — slowly, by hand, with ingredients you can pronounce. What began as a weekend farmers' market stall grew into a beloved Salina gathering spot where neighbors become friends over fresh coffee and warm pastries.
We source our flour from regional mills, our dairy from nearby farms, and our fruit from seasonal local growers. Every loaf, every tart, and every cup is made with the same care we'd want for our own table.
